FAQ (Frequent Asked Questions)
  • What happens if I select an item and add to the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
    Items that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.
       
  • When will I be billed?
    Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped out.  Please note that all products are subject to availability.
       
  • What currency will I get billed in?
    At
    AllPrinters.my, we do all our transactions in MYR.
        
  • What if I want to return my product?
    Please refer to our Return Policy.
       
  • Is my privacy protected?

  • Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?
    We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you enter. As for credit card information that you entered during the purchasing process, it would pass through our site to payment provider that we use; it is invisible to us.

  • When can I expect to receive the merchandise?
    Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days. The following is an estimated time of delivery.
        
    Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
        
  • Can I purchase the goods without going through the online catalogue?
    You can contact our offices in the USA and Asia by phone and place your orders. Please go to the contact us tab for information.
       
  • Do you accept cheque payment ?
      
    Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money.  You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.

    If you wish to payment via cheque, you will have to follow the procedure below:-
    • Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.
    • We will reply you with the total amount payable.
    • You will need to pay us via cheque by either sending us the cheque or deposit it into our Maybank (MBB) Account No. 514383 511398 and then fax the deposit slip to us to +603.42978254
    • Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.
            
  • Do you accept cheque payment?
    Unless you have an account with us, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Mobile Money and Paypal.
