All products sold through AllPrinters.my have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.

All products carry a full 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects!
Returned products must be un-used, in its original condition and packaging. The buyer must inform us at sales@allprinters.my within this 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned before returning the product. We will issue an RMA number.

AllPrinters.my will confirm with the buyer the returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to AllPrinters.my at his/her own cost. The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us. The items must be shipped back within 5 business days from the date of our written RMA.

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 15%  may be charged.
